Return & Shipping Damage Policy
Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after shipment unless the item arrives damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:• Clear photos of the damaged item• Photos of the original packaging and shipping box• Photos showing any shipping label damage
This documentation is required so that a shipping insurance claim can be filed with the carrier.
Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denial of the claim and replacement request.
If the shipping claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Shipping charges are calculated separately based on package size, weight, destination, and insurance requirements.
Due to the large and fragile nature of many handcrafted 3D printed items, additional protective packaging may be required to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Signature confirmation to be required for delivery on items unless the buyer requests removal of the signature requirement in writing, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the package once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery when signature confirmation has been waived by the buyer.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
